| Bob joined Lancaster EMS at the time of the organization's inception in early 1996 as Board Chair. Prior to this time, and during his Board Chair tenure, Bob was the Director of the Emergency Department and several other departments at Community Hospital of Lancaster (CHL). Bob originally started his employment at CHL in 1981 as a staff paramedic. In 1999 Bob left CHL and assumed the role as Executive Director for Lancaster EMS. Bob holds an MBA from Eastern University, St. Davids, PA. He earned his Bachelor's degree (Healthcare Administration) from Lebanon Valley College. Bob obtained his EMT-P1 from Ephrata Community Hospital in 1979; and his EMT-P2 from St. Joseph Hospital in 1980. Bob is a site surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services and is an adjunct faculty member at Elizabethtown College. |

| Ryan Greiner, Chief Financial Officer :: Email Ryan |
| Ryan joined Lancaster EMS in August of 2012 as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Ryan came to us from Ross Buehler Falk & Company where he spent eight years performing and supervising audits of the financial statements of companies in various industries including healthcare organizations/providers. He obtained his bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting from Millersville University after completing four honorable years in the United States Marine Corps. |

| Ted S. Goldman, Director, Operations :: Email Ted |
| Ted is a Nationally Registered Paramedic; a New Jersey Certified Mobile Intensive Care Paramedic; and a Flight Certified Paramedic. During his ten-year career in the City of Philadelphia Fire Department, he served as a Fire Service Paramedic and was as an Acting Lieutenant. He also served as a Field Supervisor and was detailed to the Fire Academy where he worked as an instructor for three cadet classes. He was also stationed at the Philadelphia International Airport where he served on the Aircraft Crash Rescue Team. He most recently served as Director of Operations for Star Technical Institute's EMS Training Center where he has spent the last 10 years. During his tenure at Star, he developed Em-Star Ambulance, a Pennsylvania and New Jersey certified BLS, ALS, and SCTU transport service. In addition to his numerous instructor certifications, he has assisted in editing Brady's Essentials of Paramedic Care and was published in the ANNALS of Emergency Medicine. He was the Pennsylvania Emergency Health Service Council's Paramedic Instructor of the Year. Ted also works part-time as a Flight Paramedic for Hahnemann University Hospital. |

| Vickie joined Lancaster EMS in June 1998 as a volunteer EMT. She earned her undergraduate degree from Millersville University in Psychology in 1999. Vickie obtained her Nationally-Registered EMT-Paramedic certification in 2000. She is currently the Administrative EMS Program Director responsible for the Lancaster EMS/Lancaster General College of Nursing and Health Sciences Paramedic and EMT Programs; as well as staff education and training. She is a Training Center Coordinator for the American Heart Association, offering CPR, AED, first aid, and advanced life support courses to the community. |

| Gregory D. Arntz, Night Captain :: Email Greg |
| Greg has been in emergency services since the age of 18 when he joined a Forest Fire crew in 1984. While part of the Forest Fire crew, Greg worked at the 193rd Special Operations Group in Middletown as a Turbo Prop Mechanic. In 1990 Greg became certified as an EMT and he began volunteering at several local ambulance services. A few years later Greg was hired by Community Hospital of Lancaster as an EMT. In 1997 Greg graduated from the Saint Joseph Paramedic Institute. As a new paramedic he started his career at Northwest ALS 'Medic 5', located in Elizabethtown, PA. Shortly thereafter Greg he was functioning as a paramedic for Lancaster EMS. Greg was promoted to Captain in 2002. |

| Joseph J. Carr, Day Captain :: Email Joe |
| Joe has been involved in emeregency medical services since he was a junior in high school, volunteering at a local ambulance service performing routine transports. He also volunteered with Manheim Township Ambulance and West End Ambulance Associations. Joe worked fulltime in the operating room at Saint Joseph's Hospital while attending the Hospital's Paramedic Program. Joe graduated from the Program in 1986. A short time later, Joe was hired by Lancaster General Hospital and worked on LGH Medic 2 for approximately one year and then transferred to LGH Medic 6 located in Quarryville where he remained for 10 years. Joe became part of the Lancaster EMS family when LGH's ambulance services consolidated into Lancaster EMS. Joe was promoted to Captain in 2000. Joe also worked part time in Chester County at SCCEMS Medic 94 and SkyFlightcare. Joe currently works part-time on Life Lion located at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center. |

| Jerry became an EMT in 1997. Two years later, he graduated from Thomas Jefferson Hospital's Allied Health program as a paramedic. He worked for several private ambulance companies handling routine transports until he became an employee of the Philadelphia Fire Department in 2000. After six years in a high call volume environment, Jerry moved his family to a slower pace of life. This decision led him to Lancaster County. Jerry joined Lancaster EMS in September 2006 as a fulltime paramedic. Jerry was then promoted to Captain in August 2009. Jerry holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences from Camden County Community College and hopes to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in the future. |

| Bob started his emergency services career while still in high school volunteering at the Rheems Fire Company. During this time, Bob became interested in running ambulance after being asked to drive the ambulance to a 911 call in 1971. This experience led him to take first aid courses and eventually attend an EMT program in 1974. In 1979 Bob graduated from a paramedic program conducted in Elizabethtown PA. Bob helped to establish the first ALS service in that community. In 1981 Bob was hired by LGH working at Medic 6. Bob was hired by Community Hospital of Lancaster in 1984 as a staff medic on Medic 3. Bob was promoted to Captain in 1996. Bob has been with Lancaster EMS since the inception of the company. |

| Robin joined Lancaster EMS in August 2003 as an Accounting Assistant where she formed numerous billing and accounting functions. Robin was promoted to Business Office Supervisor in March 2010. Prior to joining Lancaster EMS, Robin spent five years with Transworld Mortgage, Gladwyne, PA as a Loan Officer. Robin has also worked as an Office Manager for B & H Transport, Wilmington, DE. Robin worked as a Medical Claims Examiner for Principle HealthCare of Delaware and for Cigna HealthPlan of Delaware. Robin obtained her Certified Ambulance Biller credentials in 2009. |

| Tess began her "career" in 1980 as a volunteer with Rheems Fire Dept Ambulance. She then worked at Saint Joseph Hospital in the Emergency Deptartment for nine years as a registrar, unit clerk and Clerical Supervisor. Tess joined the Lancaster EMS team in July 1997 as Receptionist; processing payroll and performing other odds & ends for the Company. As the organization grew, so did her responsibilities. In 1999 Tess became responsible for employee benefits along with many other human resource duties. In May of 2010 she received the certification of Professional of Human Resources (PHR) awarded by the HR Certification Institute in conjunction with Villa Nova University. |

| Dennis C. D'Imperio, Maintenance Coordinator :: Email Dennis |
| Dennis assumed the role of Maintenance Coordinator in October 2009. He is responsible for all vehicle and building maintenance. He was previously employed in the manufacturing field as a Tool & Die Maker. Dennis also volunteered with the Strasburg Fire Company for more than twenty years as Firefighter, Assistant Engineer, Lieutenant and Assistant Chief. |

| Tina became an EMT in 1990 where she volunteered with the Strasburg Community Ambulance Association (SCAA) for three years. In 1993, Tina was hired by SCAA as the first paid provider for the organization. Tina also performed other duties for SCAA which included accounts receivable and accounts payable duties. When SCAA merged with Lancaster EMS she continued to work as an EMT doing transports, wheelchair van transports and on the BLS units. She took on the role of Scheduling Coordinator for Lancaster EMS in 2004. |

| Craig has been in emergency medical services since 1974 beginning with West End Ambulance Association where he was a founding member. In 1975 he became an EMT and remained a volunteer until 1987. In 1981 Craig graduated from the St Joseph Hospital Paramedic Institute. Following graduation he began a career as a Paramedic at St Joseph Hospital in Lancaster until 1996, at which time St Joseph Hospital and Community Hospital of Lancaster created Lancaster EMS. Craig continued to work as a paramedic and Field Supervisor until 2004 and is now a communications specialist and Special Events Coordinator for Lancaster EMS. He was also a Deputy Coroner for Lancaster County from 2004 to 2008. In 2010 he was awarded the Pennsylvania Stars of Life Award by the Ambulance Association of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania EMS Provider Foundation. Craig's initial interest in emergency service started as a volunteer at the West Lancaster Fire Company in 1973. He continues to volunteer with the Fire Company. Serving on the Board of Directors and as a member of an Implementation Committee creating a new fire department that combines four fire companies from Manor Township and Millersville Borough into a newly formed company called Blue Rock Fire Rescue. |

| Lee Ann Haas has been involved in the emergency medical services community since 1982 when she achieved her EMT certification and volunteered with Willow Street Fire Company and Ambulance. In 1986 she graduated from the St. Joseph's Paramedic Institute and was hired by Lancaster General Hospital soon after graduating. She has been involved with Lancaster EMS since the merge with Lancaster General Hospital. She worked in Southern Lancaster County with Willow Street EMS as their Operations Manager. Lee Ann has been a paramedic since 1985. Lee Ann assumed the role of EMS Program Coordinator in January 2010. She is the primary EMT instructor for Lancaster General College of Nursing and Health Sciences and Lancaster EMS. Along with these duties she is involved in education in the community and assists with the American Heart Association CPR classes. |

| Andrew joined Lancaster EMS in April 2010 as the Information Technology Supervisor. Prior to joining Lancaster EMS, Andrew worked as a software engineer developing human resource and energy management software with Cargas Systems, Inc., Lancaster, and as a network analyst for NTN-BCA, a large manufacturing company. Andrew has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from DeVry University. |
